The Social Justice Kittens are back with twelve inspiring new months. Each page holds a stern, colorful reminder that while you enjoy a life of unearned, privileged comfort, their battle in the trenches of justice never ends!
The kittens have noticed a bit of hesitation on your part, and frankly, they’re not pleased. They’ve spent years assuring you of the terrifying rise of racism, misogyny, transphobia, and countless other nightmares. They’ve shown you the chilling future using raw, in-your-face street theatre. They swear darkness is closing in on all sides, so if you’re asked to echo a few uncomfortable slogans, do it! You’ve seen what happens to those who dare to voice uncertainty or respond with insufficient enthusiasm!
And what about those guilty goofballs the Social Justice Puppies? These performative, pusillanimous pooches are back, too, sniffing around under the table, begging for crumbs of approval and acceptance. While these irredeemable rascals’ legacy of harm can never be forgiven, their dependable eagerness to publicly agree with any condemnation they receive keeps them useful.
